- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus spears
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced or whole mushrooms
- 1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Roast rump roast at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

3Cut into 1/4-inch slices.

4Place in shallow dish.

5Arrange next 2 ingredients over meat.

6Blend remaining ingredients; pour over roast.

7Cover and chill 2 1/2 hours.
