  • 3 cans sliced or small whole carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 large green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion, cut into 3/4 wedges and separated
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Mix together soup, sugar, oil, mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar.

    Add carrots, onion and pepper.

    Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
