  • 1 lb. tri color pasta twists or macaroni
  • 1 large purple onion, chopped
  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • 1 large pimento, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 3 celery sticks, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Cook and cool macaroni.

    Mix in chopped vegetables.

    Cook other ingredients until sugar dissolves.
