- 2 c. onions
- 2 red sweet peppers
- 1 red hot pepper

2Add 3 or 4 tablespoons salt.

3Stir a few times and let sit 1/2 hour.

4Drain.

5Add 4 cups white sugar.

6Add vinegar (enough to make juicy).

7Add more sugar if you want to. Put in gallon jar in refrigerator to keep.
