- 1 large cabbage
- 1 bell pepper (little red)
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 c. Mazola oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Shred cabbage in large bowl.

2Chop onion and pepper and put on top of cabbage; set aside.

3Heat to boiling the oil mixture, vinegar, sugar and salt.

4Pour over cabbage mixture.

5Let set overnight before stirring.

6Stir up and refrigerate.

7Will keep indefinitely.
