- 1 large head cabbage, sliced very thin
- 1 small can diced green chile peppers
- 1 onion, sliced thinly
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Place in small saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Stir and pour over cabbage mixture.

3Do not stir.

4Cover immediately and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

5Mix well and return to refrigerator until needed.

6Keeps well with minimal refrigeration and is excellent for picnics or camping.
