- 1 head cabbage
- 1 medium size green pepper
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. salad oil
Directions

1Chop the cabbage, green pepper and onion; mix well and refrigerate.

2Mix together the sugar, salt, dried mustard, celery seed, vinegar and oil; boil until the sugar is well dissolved. Let cool and then pour over the cole slaw mixture.

3Refrigerate until ready to serve.
