- 14 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 mango or sweet pepper, minced
- 7/8 c. oil
- 7/8 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt (rounded)
Directions

1Bring oil, vinegar, sugar and salt to a rolling boil. Pour slowly over slaw, onion and pepper.

2Let stand 1 1/2 hours without stirring.

3Store in plastic container.

4Will keep in refrigerator for a month.
