- 1 Tbsp. salt (scant)
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Mix sugar, water, vinegar and salt together; pour over vegetables.

2Mix all together and let stand in refrigerator. Keeps well and crisp for a couple of weeks.
