Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded coarse
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 4 medium size green onions with tops, minced

Directions

    In a large bowl stir vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed until sugar and salt are dissolved.

    Stir in oil.

    Add remaining ingredients; toss well.

    Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
