- 5 ounces olive oil (extra virgin preferred)
- 4 ounces red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Place the sliced cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
