- ham hock
- 1 c. chopped onion
- water
- 2 c. white wine
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
Directions

1Cover ham hock with water, add onion and bring to a boil. Cook approximately 15 minutes.

2Add white wine, soy sauce and hot sauce; then add collards and cook for 2 hours.
