  • 1/4 cups Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 box (7.2 Oz. Box) Betty Crocker's Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Use Both Packets)

  • 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cups Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese

    Cook and stir the beef, onion, garlic and celery in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is lightly browned and the onion is translucent.
