- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine flour and seasonings; roll the chicken in the flour mixture.

2Using a Dutch oven or other heavy deep pan, fry the chicken in shortening at 350° for 15 minutes on each side or until tender.
