- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 pounds rib-eye steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 8 tomatillos, halved
- 1 large onion, cut into eighths
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- Cooking spray
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Add beef to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours; turn bag occasionally.

2Prepare grill.

3Remove beef from bag; discard marinade. Thread meat and vegetable pieces alternately onto each of 8 (10-inch) skewers.

4Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 10 minutes or until done; turn frequently.
