Colorful Kielbasa

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 lb. smoked Kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
  • 1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    In a skillet, combine soup, water, and butter; bring to a boil.

    Add Kielbasa and rice.

    Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 18 minutes or until rice is almost tender. Stir in peas and mushrooms.

    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
