  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 2 cans or 4 c. tiny whole potatoes
  • 2 cans or 3 1/2 c. small whole onions
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1 can chilled corned beef
  • bread crumbs (about 2 slices)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

    Combine soup and cheese; add vegetables.

    Turn into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Cut corned beef into 6 slices; arrange atop vegetables.

    Toss crumbs with butter.

    Sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
