  • 2 c. finely ground flour (preferably whole grain)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp. water, room temperature

Directions

    Beat oil-water until frothy.

    Mix with flour to form dough. Mix well and roll between wax paper.

    Roll 1/8-inch thick.

    Cut with pastry wheel 1/2-inch square.

    Prick each square.

    Bake at 450° to 475° for 5 to 8 minutes.
