  • 1/2 cups Warm Water
  • 1 envelope (7g Envelope) Yeast (not Rapid Rise)
  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cups Cool Water
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 cups Flour Plus Extra For Kneading

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water in a large bowl.

    Add vegetable oil, mix well.

    Add cool water, mix well.

    Add egg, mix well.

    Add sugar, mix well.

    Add salt, mix well.

    Add 3 cups of flour slowly, while ... mixing well!

    If dough is still wet or sticky, add a bit more flour.

    Either divide into 5 equal parts to use in mini loaf pans or into 15 -20 golf-ball-sized balls to make rolls.

    Either way, knead the individual dough balls for 1 minute or so. Put in greased loaf pans or in the case of rolls, on a greased cookie sheet.

    Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Dough should rise to the top of the loaf pan or more than double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, and enjoy!
