- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- few grains of ground nutmeg
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Have ready a 9 to 10-inch (across bottom) ovenproof skillet, a 9-inch pie pan or an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. In food processor or blender, process eggs, milk, flour, salt and nutmeg until smooth.

3Heat oil in skillet or pan.

4When very hot, pour in batter.

5Bake uncovered 18 to 20 minutes without opening oven door.

6Pancake should be puffed, crisp around edges and golden brown.

7Serve with sauteed apples and raisins
