- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook cabbage in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes.

2Drain well.

3Place 9 x 13 dish.

4Saute onion in margarine until tender, then mix in cheese and soup.

5Pour this sauce mixture over cabbage and top with bread crumbs.

6Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

7Serves 8 to 10.
