  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. minced green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Cook carrots in boiling salted water until tender.
