- 1/4 c. liquid from cooked carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/4 c. crushed crackers
Directions

1Cook carrots in salted water until tender.

2Cut carrots in strips and arrange in baking dish.

3Combine liquids, salt, pepper and onion.

4Pour over carrots.

5Sprinkle crumbs on top.

6Bake for 30 minutes at 375°.
