  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. chipped dried beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • nonstick spray

Directions

    Remove skin and bones from breast.

    Halve them.

    Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken.

    Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with nonstick spray.

    Line bottom of pan with chipped beef.

    Arrange chicken on beef.

    Mix soup and sour cream.

    Pour over chicken. Bake at 300° for 2 hours or until chicken is thoroughly done. Serve over rice.
