- 1/2 c. coarsely ground black pepper
- 2/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 6 lb. boneless beef brisket
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Press pepper firmly in all sides of the brisket.

2Combine soy sauce, vinegar, catsup, paprika and garlic.

3Put meat in dish and pour marinade over it.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.

6Bake at 300° for 3 hours or until fork-tender.

7Slice thinly.
