  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 large or 3 small eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Directions

    Mix raisins, nuts and vinegar and set aside.

    Combine margarine, sugar and eggs and beat until thick.

    Beat in spices and salt.

    Stir in raisin mixture and pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
