- 8 medium potatoes
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices bacon
Directions

1Boil potatoes in skin; peel and slice.

2Shred cheese.

3Dice onion fine.

4Mix all but bacon.

5Place in casserole with partially cooked bacon (chopped) on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8If stored, add 15 minutes more baking time.
