Ingredients
- 5 lb. rump roast
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1The day before, place meat in a Dutch oven.

2Combine everything else and pour over roast.

3Bake at 325° for at least 4 hours or until very tender.

4Cool until room temperature.

5Put dish in refrigerator and leave overnight.

6The next day, slice meat, put back in sauce and reheat.
