- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- yellow summer squash, sliced and boiled 5 minutes and drained
Directions

1Combine sour cream, soup and sauteed onion (or dry onion). Line casserole dish with butter.

2Put 1/2 of stuffing mix on bottom of casserole dish.

3Put layer of squash on top.

4Pour 1/2 soup/sour cream mixture on top.

5Put layer of squash on.

6Pour rest of soup mixture on.

7Pour rest of stuffing mix on top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until brown on top and bubbly.
