  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) picante sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef (optional)

Directions

    Cook onions in margarine.

    As they are cooking, add flour to milk, then add onions.

    As it is simmering, cut up Velveeta in small chunks.

    Add to milk and onions for thickness.

    You may want to add more cheese, depending on how thick you want it. When done, add picante sauce.
