- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- green pepper, chopped
- hot sauce
- oil
Directions

1Grind conch or chop finely.

2Mix remaining ingredients together.

3Heat fryer oil.

4Place mixture by spoonful into oil. Cook until golden brown.

5Serve with cocktail, tartar or honey mustard sauce.
