- 4 conch
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Crush garlic; chop parsley.

2In a large pot, place conch, in its shell, into boiling water.

3Cover and cook for 1 hour at low heat.

4Remove conch and place in cold water.

5Remove meat from the shell.

6Cut off hard outer skin.

7Slice meat and cover with a mixture made from remaining ingredients.

8Serve cold.
