- 7 c. Concord grapes
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- grated rind of 1 orange
- plain pastry
Directions

1Slip skins from washed, stemmed grapes.

2Boil pulp 5 minutes. Rub through sieve to remove seeds.

3Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt and rind with pulp.

4Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

5Add grape skins; cool.

6Turn into pie shell.

7Cover with lattice top strips.

8Bake at 425° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and bake 20 minutes more.
