- 6 c. flour
- 1 pkg. yeast cake
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Directions

1Dissolve yeast according to package directions.

2Add to flour. Add salt and rest of water.

3Knead about 7 minutes.

4Let rest 15 minutes, covered.

5Cut dough in 2 equal parts.

6Pat into round shape.

7Place in round 8-inch cake pan that has been sprinkle with flour.

8Prick with toothpick.

9Let rise 3/4 to 1 hour or until doubled in size.

10Should be in warm place.

11Bake in preheated oven at 350° for about 40 minutes.
