  • 1 1/8 cups butter softened
  • 6 3/8 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 1 7/16 cups flour sifted
  • chocolate chips to taste

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Line baking trays with parchment paper greased with butter.

    Beat the butter, sugar, and condensed milk in a blender until creamy.

    Reduce the speed, and gradually, add the flour.

    Remove the dough from the blender, and place it in a bowl.

    Add the chocolate chips, and stir until blended.

    Use a tablespoon to spoon out dough ball onto the baking trays, leaving a little space between the balls, to allow for spreading during baking.

    Flatten the dough balls slightly with your fingers, or a fork.

    Bake for 14 to 16 minutes.

    Let settle 5 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
