Ingredients
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup water (warm)
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Directions

1Mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder.

2In a separate bowl: combine water and the oil.

3Slowly add the water mixture to the dry mixture.

4Mix as you go.

5Lightly flour a cutting board: kneed the dough.

6Cover dough.

7Let sit for 20 minutes.

8Break dough into 8 balls.

9Let sit for ten minutes.

10On a floured surface: roll the dough flat.

11(From the center out)

12On a low / medium heated pan, cook the tortillas for about a minute.

13Check the tortilla and watch the bubbles start to form.

14Flip.

15Once this is done--repeat for the remaining tortillas.
