- 1 to 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Grate cabbage.

2Stir in mustard until mixture is a bright yellow.

3Add sugar and vinegar and stir well.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5You may make it sweeter or tangier by adding more sugar or vinegar.

6Store in glass or plastic container (never use metal bowl).
