  • 1 pkg. (12 oz) Rotini pasta (plain or multi-colored)
  • 1 each med. green, red and yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 med. purple onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. celery diced
  • 1 lg. can ripe black olives, sliced
  • 3 carrots, julienned
  • 1 box fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bottle (24oz.) Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Drain and blanche under cold running water until cool.

    Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight allowing the flavors to meld.
