Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 pkg. orange-pineapple Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 10 cut marshmallows or miniatures

Directions

    Use the juice of the pineapple and add enough water to make 4 cups of liquid.

    Bring to a boil, adding marshmallows.

    Dissolve Jell-O in mixture.

    Set in refrigerator until it begins to thicken, then add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into favorite mold. Chill and serve on lettuce.
