- 1 small lemon or cherry jello
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. cherries, halved and drained
- 1/2 c. whole pecans (I cut in pieces)
Directions

1Simmer 1/2 cup of water with the pineapple juice drained from the can.

2Add jello and stir while it is simmering until it is dissolved.

3Add mayonnaise and milk; beat with mixer.

4Add nuts, cherries, pineapple and cheese.

5Put in refrigerator until congealed.
