  • 1 box light brown sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • pecans (optional)

Directions

    Combine light brown sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in large bowl with mixer.

    Add 1 cup flour and 1 tablespoon milk; mix thoroughly.

    Add remaining flour and milk; mix well.

    Fold in chips and nuts.

    Bake in a greased and floured pan (9 x 13-inch) at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
