- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. long grain wild rice
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and halved
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. white wine
Directions

1Mix soups, milk and wine.

31 1/2 cups of soup with rice mixture.

4Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch greased dish.

5Top with chicken and remaining soup.

6Cover.

7Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese/tarragon and bake, uncovered, 15 minutes.
