  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. long grain wild rice
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned and halved
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. white wine

    Mix soups, milk and wine.

    Combine

    1 1/2 cups of soup with rice mixture.

    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch greased dish.

    Top with chicken and remaining soup.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese/tarragon and bake, uncovered, 15 minutes.
