- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz. pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
- 4 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Combine soups and milk.

2Mix 1 1/2 cups of soup mixture with rice; pour into buttered casserole dish.

3Place chicken on top and cover with remaining soup. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

4Uncover; sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for 15 minutes.

5Makes 8 servings.
