  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 large can Mexican beans
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 large cans whole tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (optional)
  • 2 pkg. chili seasoning (one hot and one mild)

Directions

    Fry ground beef with onions.

    Sprinkle one pack of chili seasoning in ground beef.

    Drain fat.

    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot (ground beef last).

    Cook 3 hours.
