- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large red onion
- 1 large can Mexican beans
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 large cans whole tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (optional)
- 2 pkg. chili seasoning (one hot and one mild)
Directions

1Fry ground beef with onions.

2Sprinkle one pack of chili seasoning in ground beef.

3Drain fat.

4Combine all ingredients in crock-pot (ground beef last).

5Cook 3 hours.
