Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine (not butter)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- paprika
- meat (your choice; chicken, crab, shrimp or ham)
Directions

1Soften cream cheese and mix with margarine and flour.

2Roll into a ball and divide into 24 small balls for very small muffin tins and 18 for small 2-inch tins.

3Place each ball in tin and flatten to shape.

4In each cup put layer of onion, meat filler and cheese.

5At this point, they may be refrigerated or frozen. Just before serving, fill each cup with mixture of egg and milk beaten together. Sprinkle

6top with paprika.

7Bake at 450°

8for 10 minutes, then bake at 350°

9for 10 minutes more or until top is brown.

10Serve hot.
