- 1 lb. figs
- 1 lb. raisins
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 oz. senna tea (from health food store)
Directions

1Grind prunes, figs and raisins in blender.

2Steep tea in one pint of boiling water for twenty minutes.

3Strain.

4Cook ground fruit with lemon juice and brown sugar 5 minutes in senna tea.
