- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cook milk and flour until thick; take off heat (cool).

2Cream sugar and butter with mixer until fluffy, 4 to 5 minutes.

3Add flour and milk mixture.

4Beat another 4 to 5 minutes.

5Add vanilla. Keep cake cool after frosting (refrigerate).

6Add crushed pieces of pineapple and flavoring if you want it (just a little).

7Very good over chiffon cake, angel cake or any other kind of cake.
