- 2 c. carrots
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- dash of fresh ground pepper
Directions

1Wash carrots; place them in a small quantity of boiling water. Cook them covered, until tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.

2Allow a shorter cooking period for cut-up carrots.

3Let them absorb the water in which they are cooked.

4Add to 2 cups cooked carrots:

51 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoons honey, 1/2 teaspoon ginger and dash of freshly ground pepper.

6Simmer carrots in this mixture until well glazed and serve.
