- 1 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. boiling water
Directions

1Mix cornmeal, cold water and salt.

2Slowly stir cornmeal mixture into the boiling water in a saucepan. Cook and stir until thick.

3Lower heat; cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring as needed to keep from sticking.

4Makes 6 servings (1/2 cup each).
