- 2 qt. milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat milk and butter to a skim stage.

2Add blended flour and sugar to beaten eggs.

3Pour into kettle with milk.

4Bring to a hard boil, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat and add cans of evaporated milk and condensed milk with vanilla.

6Cool in refrigerator.

7Pour into a 5-quart ice cream maker.

8Add salt and ice to freeze custard (around outside of canister).
